Symptoms: Two FedEx Services are missing from mapping in Ship-Via Codes in Agility Explorer. The service types are International Priority Freight and International Economy Freight Solution: The options have been added as International Priority and International Economy
Need option to turn off pkg audit
Symptoms: Please provide away to turn off the PKG audit. When building 900 cartons the system comes to a crawl. Likewise when transferring a pallet with 900 cartons the system comes to a stop. Solution: Options has been added to turn off "Package Audit" transaction records to the wspkgaud and wspkglinaud tables. File > Options > Pick Pack - Shipping > Shipping Options "Turn Off Package Audit" options selection
Analytic dashboard not saving data source
Symptoms: Analytic Dashboard loads with a data source. If you change that data source or delete and create a new one that points to a different server. Everything appears to work until the next time you open the project. The data source is pointing to the original data source.
Cust_no not in Trade table but is in Shipto table
With EDI Datamasons integration if the customer has several bill to locations for one customer the customer does not appear in the Trade table as the customer in Macola. Instead it is found in the Ship_to Table for EDI. WiSYS only checks if the customer number exist in the Trade table.
