Agility Design Studio - Disable instead of delete a business object or sql script
Symptoms: Would like capability of Disabling a business object or sql script In Agility Design Studio. Right now I have to delete and then set it up again. Solution: Added. Right clicking will show the popup menu. on that menu is an option to toggle the enabled option. Disabled elements will be displayed in italics.

Reverse POP Production added includes support for Ser/Lot Preload
Symptoms: Create new POP Reverse Production class. Class should accept Order No and Ctl No to reverse production. POP Production will leverage the new wsPreload table and classes to reverse bin and serial lot transactions Solution: POP Reverse Production now available. Backflushed items will be reversed with reverse transaction. Items issued with the Material Issue will need to be manually returned if not needed.
Ability to back date confirm ship trx using the doc_dt & have validate against GL period
Symptoms: Would like to be able to enter in a Doc Date for confirm shipping transaction to be able to back date the transaction in the GL. Macola allows this where the Doc date is back dated for the GL and the Transaction date uses the current server date with the doc date value back dated. The doc_dt is not available in the object to utilize. Also need the doc_dt to validate against the GL open/closed period values.
NEW Agility Mobile Scan Audit tracking and view
Agility Mobile will now optionally writes scan audits to the wsscanaudit table. To setup go to File > Options > WMS > Scan Audit Definition. Here you can setup up by form or by user/role. If you select by Form, it will track all scans for that form. If you select users under that form, it will only track for the users selected. Also a view has been added to review this table. The view can be found under the menu - System Manager > Other Utilities > Scan Audit View

NEW Agility Explorer POP - Full rewrite for POP Desktop Reporting now available
Symptoms: POP Desktop Reporting standalone program has been built into Agility Explorer. The New POP Desktop Console has all features of the old POP Desktop Reporting and can also be found under the POP left menu. POP Menu has been broken out from the Manufacturing menu to stand alone.
Add functionality for status 7 orders to OE Pick Management Object
Symptoms: Existing Pick Ticket object only allows a status of 1, 4. or 6. Please modify the object to also allow a status 7 order line to be marked provided the picked_dt on the order line is null and the shipped_dt is null. Solution: Orders in a 7 status available in Pick Management screen. It will only show line detail for unpicked line items.
Security Redesign for company\ user\ role access
Security redesign User setup and maintenance has been broken out into two areas. The first is the User Login where setup of the users, assignment of the applications for each user and granting company access is completed. The second is User Access. Here Component Process can be assigned one by one or the new feature of Role creation, component assignment and user assignment can be used. User Login File > Options - User Login - Here you Add, edit or delete users and grant application access to AE, AM and/or AWE. Also Company Access is set and maintained. Roles Ability to Create Roles, Assign Application Components to each role and manage all users with Role assignment. Also users can be assigned by to Process for individual users.
OE Invoice has been moved into Document management for easy customization
File > Options > Documents We have moved the OE Processing > OE Order Invoice out of the project definition and into the WiSys Document management. This was done to allow easier modification of the Crystal Invoice Report. Previously customers had to customize OE Order Invoice in Agility Designer to make changes to the Crystal Report. Now it can be done simply in Document management.
NEW Layout security for access and view
Layouts have been enhanced to allow them to be setup as public/private and also assigned to users or roles. New Layout Security – your existing layouts will be converted from your previous version. You will then be able to assign security to each layout. If you do not assign security, your layout will remain as in previous versions in that it will be available for all users to view and access To utilize the new security features for layouts, setup your grid arranging as you wish it to be stored, adding, removing, grouping or rearranging to how you would like your layout of the grid to appear. In the top ribbon bar, you will then go to the Display tab. There you will find the Layout section Launch Display > Save As to save your layout Launch Layout Security after saving – If a layout is not “Private”, you will be able to grant other users access by selecting user id or by assigning to roles. If you do not assign security, it will be viewable to all users as in previous versions.
NEW Desktop Consoles for OE and POP
Console Views NEW: Process focus area views where all functionality required for that area of processing is contained within the console view. This allows user the ability to manage, maintain and process all functions from within one component application screen. If you are an ES/EM10 user, you can also open Macola screens directly from within Agility (identified with >) Order Processing – OE Desktop Console Orders Ribbon bar contains all components that can be utilized within the console Inventory Ribbon bar contains components to allow the user to maintain inventory items from same screen. POP Desktop Console which allows users to maintain all POP functions within one main screen.
EDI packaging
Symptoms: In Pick Pack setup the user can only set one package as the EDI package. There should be the ability to allow other package to set up as EDI as long as they are not Child to Parent related Solution: All packages can be setup as EDI packages. Both Parent and Child packages can be set as EDI packages. The user will have to control and set packages for what fits their company environment.
VICS BOL # requires 17 Digits
Symptoms: If no MFG ID is entered into Agility Options, the VICSBOL number in the wspkgshipment table is only 11 digits instead of 17 which is required on a Standard VICS BOL. If MFG ID is blank, please pad an additional six zeros to the wspkgshipment.VICSBOL value. Solution: If Mfg ID is not setup in the Pick Pack options, the VICSBOL_No will be padded with 5 zeros
Pkg Shipment Backout trx does not work
Symptoms: Since updating to the latest release of 565, the Pkg Shipment Backout trx does not work. I receive the attached error message. To duplicate Add a button to the PKG Pack and Ship/PKG PP4 grid and add the trx PKG Shipment Backout. There will be two parameters. Run the project and click the button. You will receive a Wisys.shipping.shipping backout.posttrx does is not found. go to the WiSys Object Transactions Project and recapture the dll in this TRX. Return to the button trx and notice upon entering that designer tells you the object was updated. Enter the new parameter sCurrentUser as default current user and re-run the project. notice that you still get the error. Remove the transaction from the button and re-add it. re-enter the three parameters required Noticed that the button then works as intended.
We have an issue when you log out and back into the emulator
Symptoms: When using the chevron and logout option when running Agility Mobile in emulator mode and you try to log back in without closing the emulator window, you have to click the company multiple times before getting the login screen again. If you hit the Login button prior to getting the user and password fields, an unhandled exception error occurs.
When adding a floating Pallet to shipment with a child carton an error is received

PP4 will not select backordered lines for the second order on a shipment

Error in PP4 Shipping Tree on the Pkg Info sub dialog - "UpdateDisplay:~~~Type TIME is not a defined system type."
Symptoms: When opening PP4 Shipping Tree, the Pkg Info dalog tab on the bottom fails with the following error message: UpdateDisplay:Error getting view data:ReturnValues :Type TIME is not a defined system type.
0 STD cost Pull Feature Parents when reported leave out of balance distribution.
Symptoms: POP Feature items in standard cost environment were not rolling up component costs as expected. Imordhst component records were not being created. Create a feature Parent as a Pull forced demand item. Leave the STD cost at Zero. Add any components with valid std cost. Create an order and add this feature selecting at least one item with a valid STD cost. This will create the POP Order. Release the POP order in Macola. Report the POP Order using our Wisys.PopTrx.ReportProduction().postTrx Once posted run the Inventory Distributions report in Macola. You will see we have a negative amount in WIP and a Zero Finished goods entry Imordhst records were not being created for POP feature item
Agility Mobile - serial lots are not generated correctly for receipts when using IM Setup
Symptoms: In Agility Mobile when doing a receipt transaction for a serialized item that uses Macola IM Setup and the serial number is generated from the imctlfil (not the imitmidx), the serial number is not incremented and will display the same serial number multiple times in the serial lot collection screen.
Create setup Options for UPS API Address check
Symptoms: There is a new class functionality in the wisys.shipping.v4.1.dll called UPSAddressValidation This class requires a UPS User ID, Password and License Number to Operate. These three setup Options need to be made available in order for this class to be used. This new functionality allows the passing of an Address, City, State and zip to the UPS production database and returns a 0-Not Valid, 1-Ambigous or a 2-Valid code to determine address validity. Enhancement: New Pick Pack > Options screen added to allow UPS User ID, Password and License Number. Also ShipRush UPS screen now contains an Address Validation that can be used if setup to verify address.

When multiple Non-stocked Non-controlled items are on an order, and setup auto selects, on backout we double the qty_shipped. To duplicate this set settings to autoselect nsnc items. create an order with one stocked item and add either two nsnc items or the same item twice. ship the order using PP4 as any type of shipment (UPS/LTL/FedEx) . Backout the shipment and review the iminvtrx_sql table for this order. you will find that the main stocked item is fine, however we leave Issues on the NSNC items and do not reverse them out properly. If this order was to ship again, it will consider the remaining issues and then double the amount shipped for the nsnc items. This only happens with multiple nsnc items. with only one nsnc item we reverse the issues properly on backout and on consecutive ships the qty is not affected.

SF Reporting of FG does not properly create J status record for a rejected qty
Symptoms: To duplicate, create a SF order and use the Wisys SDK to report the Shop Order including a rejected amount. After reporting, review the mctrxhst and find that we do not create the J status record that offsets WIP. This same reporting in Macola would create the J status record that then offsets WIP in the distribution report.
When passing copies variable to a NiceLabel the label must be added to the button transaction with Agility Options set to NiceLabel 5
Symptoms: When adding a NiceLabel 6 label that has a number of copies variable to a button in Design Studio, it must be added with the Agility - Options - WMS - NiceLabel version set to 5 in order for the number of copies to get passed correctly. Solution:
